3.the program should start up immediately. the icon is a little guy peeking out of a monitor. 2.once the file is extracted, go in the folder and click on the program called 'Shimeji'. You can have 1 pyro or many, its your choice. I've created a small Pyro desktop buddy that will screw with your windows and be a general nuisance.
